The United Kingdom's decision to Leave the European Union has provoked a number of questions. Many of these revolve around the influence of European courts such as the European Court of Justice (ECJ). The Brexit Legal Forum seeks to explore the role of courts such as the ECJ and the influence they have on UK legislation. In doing so, this website looks to both heighten understanding and increase the quality of debate over the role and influence of the court system on the Brexit process.
Run by The Hampden Trust, the website is in association with UK pressure group The Freedom Association and US charity The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
